Junk Removal Driver/Labourer - Barking
Clearabee Ltd - Barking and Dagenham
£9 an hour
We are looking for fit and active individuals to drive and navigate our junk removal trucks around Barking, and the surrounding counties based out of a depot in the Barking area. You’ll need to enjoy physical work, meeting new people and diverting as much waste away from landfill as possible.
Who are we? We're the UK's fastest growing junk removal company, having grown to span a service area encompassing much of the UK in just over two years of trading. We have a young team of passionate individuals, striving to make junk removal as affordable, efficient and environmentally friendly as possible.
Customer service is vitally important to our business and one of your key roles will be to ensure this is delivered consistently, even when under pressure. You will need to have excellent verbal communication and time management skills and we particularly favour individuals with a pro-active approach who can contribute to the success and growth of the business.
You will work in one or two person teams and will be jointly responsible for the operation of the truck, working independently with customers away from the depot throughout the day. You’ll need to quickly and methodically remove junk, assessing what can be recycled and taking into account other jobs scheduled.
We offer flexible working hours including the possibility of longer shifts for those who are seeking to earn more money. We are a fast growing company and are also looking for people who may want to grow their responsibility over time – this is not a dead end job. Due to insurance requirements, you’ll need to be over 21. You should have a good driving history and be entitled to work in the UK. We are ideally looking for candidates that can start quickly.
KEY DETAILS: Solo and team working - Days of work are Thursday to Monday between 7am and 7pm. Hourly rate: £8.00 per hour + £1.00 per hour bonus. 35 hours per week guaranteed with overtime available.Immediate start available.
